Return/Refund Policy for In-Stock Products
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, please request a return.
If a return request is made within 2 weeks from the date of purchase, a full refund will be issued as soon as the product is received.
If a return request is made after 2 weeks from the date of purchase, credit toward another product or products will be issued as soon as the product is received.
If a return request is made for a defective product within 30 days from the date of purchase, a full refund, a replacement, or credit toward another product or products will be issued as soon as the product is received.
No refunds will be made for products after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please note, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom orders can only be returned if they were not made as specified in the agreement or if the product is defective. A return request can be made up to 30 days from the date of shipment. A full refund, a replacement, or credit toward another product or products will be issued as soon as the product is received. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for custom orders after 30 days from the date of shipment.

Custom Order Form
Please Note: Custom orders will need to be paid for in full before product will be created. Custom orders will be completed within 3 weeks of receipt of payment. Orders will be shipped by USPS with a tracking number that will be provided to you at the time of shipment. Payment can be made by CashApp to $KreativeKustoms2022 or Venmo to @KreativeKustoms2022.
